Our Ministries

Persecuted Nations

Since 2015, Acts13 has directed much of its resources towards outreach and ministry to the Islamic world, including Iran, and has helped to create a new wave of spiritual awakening and growth among thousands of seeking and newly converted Christians through its various ministry streams.

Through its Save Iran initiative, Acts13 is reaching between 4 and 15 million people inside Iran every day.

God has uniquely positioned Acts13 to be an effective vessel to reach the Iranian and Afghan people around the world. Many Christian organizations in Canada, the United States, and Europe are eager to partner with Acts13, who is now being recognized by other organizations as a leader in the field of ministry to Muslims in persecuted countries.

  • “I grew up in a religious Muslim family in Mashad. My uncle was a Muslim cleric. As I got older, I became very turned off by religion. Five years ago, while flipping through television channels, I stumbled on a live program on ICNET that was talking about Christianity being a relationship, not a religion. This one program changed my whole perspective. I called in to the prayer line after the program and gave my heart to Jesus. Since then, I have been watching ICNET several hours every day. ICNET has helped me to grow in my faith and has given me the courage to start a home church with my sisters and a few other ladies in my home. I am teaching them what I have learned from ICNET.”

  • “I recently graduated from university with a degree in Chemical Engineering. For most of my university career, I rejected any idea of a Creator because what I was being taught and the research I was doing led me to believe that science disproved the existence of a higher power. One day, a classmate of mine, who is a Christian, told me she watched a program on ICNET 2 talking about how science and Christianity are complimentary. I decided to watch ICNET 2 and was surprised to find programs talking about Christianity and science translated into Farsi. After one year of watching ICNET 2 regularly, I finally decided to give the God of the Bible a chance. I am thankful that I found programs talking about the Bible for scientific-minded people like me.”

  • “I have always had a deep love and appreciation for music. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to learn any instruments; but I have always enjoyed listening to different types of music from around the world. Two years ago, when I was visiting my family in the USA, I went to church with my cousin. I was so surprised to see live music with a band at this church. The words of the songs really spoke to me and I gave my heart to Jesus that day. A few months ago, my aunt (who has been following ICNET for 6 years) told me that ICNET launched a worship channel for 24/7 worship in Farsi. I’ve been so incredibly blessed by this! I keep the channel on almost all day when I am home just to have worship music fill the house!”

  • “I am very thankful for Trinity. Ever since I came to believe in Jesus, I wanted to know more about the Bible and to, eventually, be able to teach people about Jesus with a good understanding of the Bible. The courses I am taking through the Trinity website has really helped me to understand the Bible better and what it means to be a Christian. I have also learned about what it means to be a Christian leader and what God expects for His shepherds to do to support His church. Trinity has been a great resource because I can study on my own time. I like the variety of teachers and subjects that are available to learn about. They have made this platform easy enough for someone like me to be able to participate. I hope to graduate with my Bachelor's of Theology next year.

Prison Ministry

Since 2002, Acts13 has been ministering to inmates across the United States. At present, Acts13 is reaching more than 150 correctional institutions and 1000+ inmates across the United States.

Every month, Acts13 is sending Christian books, theological course materials, Christian articles, and other resources to inmates, including resources translated into Spanish. Demand continues to grow among inmates who look to Acts13 for their source of spiritual nourishment and growth. Over the last 10 years, Acts13 has continued to grow in reputation and name among correctional institutions and is one of the only Christian ministries that is still permitted to visit inmates for monthly worship services in the prisons. Acts13 also maintains communication with inmates once they have been released.

What we’re doing:

  • Mailing Christian inspirational literature to inmates

  • Conducting monthly in-person worship services at select institutions

  • Encouraging inmates through letter correspondence

  • Maintaining a mailing list and correspondence with former inmates post-incarceration

  • “I found Jesus through Acts13 while incarcerated. I found myself in a bad way of life from a young age. I felt like I had been dealt a bad card in life and that pushed me into a cycle of criminal behavior. It wasn’t until I found myself in prison that I realized how low things could go. While incarcerated, I saw another inmate receive a Bible and a calendar from Acts13. Feeling desperate, I asked my family to contact Acts13 and asked for a Bible. Once I got that Bible and started reading, I couldn’t stop. I read the gospel of John. I cried a lot. The more I read, the more I felt all the questions I was asking were answered. One night, I decided to give my heart to Jesus and since then, I have hope even though I am serving 20 more years.”

Our Publications

The church today is in great need of Christian literature that can support the growth of a believer to maturity in Christ. Inspirational, devotional, and academic Christian books are widespread in the English language. What is lacking is books that teach deeper spiritual truths to help support a believer’s faith journey to maturity and fruitfulness.

These books have been:

  • a source of blessing and spiritual guidance for many English-speaking believers and churches around the world over the last couple of decades;

  • shared with inmates as part of our ministry to incarcerated persons; and

  • translated (or are in the process of being translated) into Farsi and Dari to strengthen the faith of believers in Iran and Afghanistan.

These publications are available for purchase in both print and electronic formats.

  • “I read the book Breaking the Silence by Fred Saleh (published by Acts13) and my entire Christian worldview and the way I read the Bible changed. I never saw so much depth in the Scriptures. Even though I know the Scriptures well, I found myself taking note of so many new things God was revealing to me through this book. These are the types of books that we need more of to help us in the Christian world today. These types of books are what help us mature and grow in our faith. I strongly recommend this book to other believers who want to go deeper into God’s Word and discover key principles that govern the Bible and God’s plan for His church. I just ordered Volume 2 of this book series! ”
